Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Please note:  At delivery customer(s) required to check products before making payment. Customer is given a document to which states that they have received their order and that they have checked the contents of the package. We can’t offer you a full refund once customer has signed agreement document on delivery. 

You could be eligible for a store credit which can be used to purchase another item:- If  you return product within 7 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Items purchased on store credit can NOT be returned for store credit.

Returnable items for store credit:

  • Jewelery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted once appeal is made within seven days:

Refunds

Once your return request is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be delivered to you within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or be  returned for store credit.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that you will eligible to return item purchsed for store credit or if a partial refund will be granted. All decisions will be finalized by Customer Care Agents.
